Fontconfig - Nov 2005 - Is it possible to build fontconfig in Visual C++ on Microsoft windows.

No-one has sent in patches to build fontconfig on Windows; if you do 
manage to get it working, I''d like to include that support in the 
distribution.

Hi,
    I am trying to build openVrml on Windows and it depends on fontconfig.  I
downloaded the src package from http://nexp.cs.pdx.edu/fontconfig/, but have not
been able to successfully build on windows.  It this possible?  If so, do you
have any advice.  Thanks for your help.
