Fontconfig - Nov 2005 - Default orthographies for Kurdish and Azerbaijani

Fontconfig already had orthographies for Kurdish and Azerbaijani, when I
just added the Iranian versions of them. I guess we should rename the
original az.orth to az_az.orth then.

But what about Kurdish? In which countries is the cyrillic Kurdish
described in ku.orth used?
