Hi John,
The 64 bit versions of the FLAC binaries do not include the 'nasm' code
in the compiles.
I think you will find what you're looking for at the bottom of this
page: https://www.rarewares.org/lossless.php
The 'libFLAC' 32 and 64 bit downloads contain what you're after, I
think.
