Hello I can't find FLAC version 1.3.3 x86 and x64 for Windows on your official FTP download page: https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/xiph/releases/flac/ There is only version 1.3.2 for Windows. Compiled 1.3.3 Win x86 can be found here: https://www.free-codecs.com/flac_download.htm x64 here: https://www.videohelp.com/software/FLAC-Encoder I checked both, and they work, and identify properly as reference libFLAC 1.3.3 20190804 in output files properties.
