Hi Neil, Actually, both your assumptions are, at least partially, wrong. 1. CUE sheets don't mandate the file to be taken from an audio CD - they can be generated purely in software and embedded with any tag editor supporting FLAC embedded CUE sheets. The fact that audio CD contents are exported to CUE sheets doesn't mean they can't come from other sources. 2. There is no need for any drives, or whatever special hardware. Refer to 1. As I pointed, I think custom generated and embedded CUE sheets will suit your need, however as an additional option, you can simply add your own Vorbis Comment, or even your own custom metadata block inside the FLAC, however CUEs are much better suited for your purpose. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
