flac dev - Jul 2009 - Conformance criteria

Hi Experts,

I am new to this mailing list.
I am developing FLAC decoder for which I need some streams for testing.
Can anyone tell me if there are any conformant streams and any conformant
criteria defined for FLAC Decoder.
If streams are available, can you please point me to the same.

The source code for FLAC includes files which are used during the  
'test' phase of the build process.  I assume that these are fairly  
exhaustive.
