flac dev - Jun 2007 - PREGAP support for cuesheet

Hello.

I propose to add the .cue PREGAP (if any) value of the first TRACK to
the cuesheet lead-in field. The cdrdao-toc2cue chain will generate
such .cue files if the first track does not start at sector 150.

Example:

That PREGAP information is currently lost, making it impossible to
recreate the original CD (and thus the CDDB ID) from the flac file.
