flac dev - Sep 2004 - Man page?

In previous source releases, the man page was shipped pre-built as
man/flac.1.  Now, that file is gone, and there is a man/man1/FLAC.1.
However, the Makefile.am in man/ still builds flac.1.  One of these seems
wrong...which one?
