Fedora xen - Mar 2007 - Attansic L1 (AtL1) Gigabit Ethernet NIC

Hi!

I have a problem to start this card. I have installed the driver from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/atl1

The install process looks fine. But when i want to start my NIC:
> [root@localhost network-scripts]# /etc/init.d/network start eth0
> Loopback-Schnittstelle hochfahren:                         [  OK  ]
> Schnittstelle eth0 hochfahren:

My Kernel version: 
2.6.20-1.2933.fc6xen

Under the normal kernel the NIC works.
