I have an FC 5.92 + yum updates running 2.6.18-1.2724.fc6xen with xen that is completely unusable and gives me non-fatal kernel panics and non-working networking (compared to 2.6.18-1.2724.fc6 not giving panics and a working networking). xenguest-install.py also fails, and the resulting kernels for xenu''s hang on boot. Is this the planned kernel for fc6? A "check media" works fine and gives me the go ahead, but installation then gets "IDE: unknown opcode" errors. I had to disable all cpu features and peripherals to get through the install. Though some of this might be ASUS specific and unfixable. It tends to pick weird (shared) IRQ''s for the P-ATA disk controller. I am not using the SATA controller. 00:1f.1 IDE interface: Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) IDE Controller (rev 01) 00:1f.2 IDE interface: Intel Corporation 82801GB/GR/GH (ICH7 Family) Serial ATA Storage Controller IDE (rev 01) Seems all my bugs end up with Herbert these days eh? :) Paul
