my grub file lokks like this and works perfect with ttywatch on the other side:
title Fedora Core (2.6.16-1.2096_FC5xen0)
root (hd0,1)
kernel /xen.gz-2.6.16-1.2096_FC5
module /vmlinuz-2.6.16-1.2096_FC5xen0 ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet
console=ttyS0 console=tty pnpacpi=off
module /initrd-2.6.16-1.2096_FC5xen0.img

Hello,
I found the problem. I need to enable serial port in BIOS on XEN Host.
And now it works perfect for my to. Now a can use my time with xen...:-)
