Fedora directory users - Nov 2009 - [389-users] Database link problem

If I set a database link, I ''ve the error "LDAP server is
unwilling to
perform" on 389-console.
I''ve already checked the ACIs and the bind DN informations.
The version of 389-ds is 1.1.3.
Can you help me?

rpm -qi 389-ds-base
check the directory server access and errors logs in 
/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-INSTANCE
run the console with debug logging - 389-console -D 9 -f
console.log
