[Fedora-directory-users] Register the administration configuration in a remote server
Hi, I installed FDS on a local server (administrate locally), if i want to administrate in a instance of remote server now. It''s possible register the software after installation? I should run the setup process again and remove all FDS installation? thanks,
Is it possible there''s an error in the setup script (/opt/fedora-ds/setup/setup)? No matter what whether I set it up as a standalone or try to set it up as a replica, the setup scripts always gives me the following:> [slapd-bruno]: [18/May/2007:12:27:14 -0700] - Fedora-Directory/1.0.4 B2006.312.435 starting up > [slapd-bruno]: [18/May/2007:12:27:15 -0700] - slapd started. Is it critical?

So it may be a bug that setup does not support the use of a console admin uid with a space in it. The workaround should be to just use the default "admin" as the uid for the admin user.> > -- > Fedora-directory-users mailing list > Fedora-directory-users@redhat.com > https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-directory-users
