Fedora directory users - Dec 2005 - Legacy Replication Plugin

In section 2.10 of the

there is a Legacy Replication Plug-in mentioned for 4.x Netscape DS.  What
isn''t mentioned, is where this plugin can be had, or how to configure
it.
Where can I find the plugin and associated documentation?
