Fedora directory users - Jul 2005 - Fedora Directory Server on other linux distributions?

Hello.

I''d like to run Fedora Directory Server on a Slackware installation. 
I''ve made an attempt at installing using the ds-build utility but have
not had any luck.

I also tried using the latest RHEL4 binary rpm and ran into issues
that looked to be related to Sleepy Cat.

I was wondering if somebody can advise on the best way to go about
putting the directory server on a different distribution of linux? 
Some site where I can find some docs or instructions?  Thanks.

Kevin,

Forget about dsbuild and build everything from sources.

I successfully installed FDS on Debian Sarge.
