Facebooker talk - Jan 2008 - form helpers and paths

In the form helpers code, the comments have examples like  
"create_poke_path".

can you tell me what this path is, and where I can read about it?

I assume its a way to say what controller/method should be called when  
the form action is taken, but what is the format?

This is just a normal rails named route. You could also use something  
like {:action=>:create}
