Ext3 users - Nov 2004 - Urgent question

Hi,
 
Recently I have started seeing a file system corruption problem. A specific
partition (ext3) is corrupted intermittenly and I suspect the problem is the
root inode is lost after system reboot.
 
Have anyone seen similar problems and can give me some pointers where to look
for suggestions/solutions?
