Eventmachine talk - Aug 2008 - request: expose gCurrentLoopTime to ruby

I think it''s been discussed before, but gettimeofday() is expensive no
matter where you live, and since EM''s already got gCurrentLoopTime
lying around, could it be exposed to Ruby?  Pretty pleeeease?  :)
