dtrace discuss - Apr 2010 - Who is trying to access the DVD drive on boot?

Hi,
I am new to DTrace and  having trouble to identify the module/application trying
to access the DVD drive on boot.

I have been installing few applications/drivers before reboot. After this every
time i reboot the host the boot messages will have following message repeating
twice with no impact on actual usage of the drive.
[b]"transport rejected bad packet"
"/pci at 1e,600000/ide at d/sd at 0,0 (sd3):"[/b]

Message is not clear and due to the nature if the message, I am unable to figure
out procedure to identify the application/function/module that is trying access
CD/DVD drive during boot and the reason for the trouble.

I have tried to enable "Anonymous Tracing" but unable to figure out
the logic to pinpoint the issue.

Any help in this direction is appreciated.
