Maybe try a linux livecd - ubuntu or something with gparted.
Also, this is not really related to dtrace - and zfs will help if you
want high storage capacities, integration of the concepts of filesystem
and volume management, snapshots and copy-on-write clones, continuous
integrity checking and automatic repair, RAID-Z and native NFSv4 ACLs -
but sadly it can only help ntfs in one way and that is by replacing it.
