dtrace discuss - Oct 2008 - RFE idea: make #defines from sys/fault.h available by default

Hi all,

I noticed today that scripts have to #include <sys/fault.h> in order for
dtrace to understand things like FLTILL. Given that there''s an official
provider for tracing machine faults, it might make sense to include the #defines
the same way signal numbers are already done.

Thoughts?

That''s kind of a slippery slope. But if many users are hitting the  
same issue, we''d be more inclined to add them as a convenience.
