This is a grat question. Any idea if multiple aggregation support and 
is-enabled probes will make a Solaris 10 update?

Hey Robert,

Right now an engineer is working on a backport of all new DTrace developments
as of onnv build 36. That includes the featuresd you mentioned. It looks like
the integration is on track for update 2, but it could slip into update 3.

In general we''re trying to take periodic cuts of the onnv content and
bring
those back to Solaris 10 updates. I''ll try to put together a version
history
on the DTrace home page.
