sys_snapshot appears to be a userland concept:

usr/src/cmd/stat/common/statcommon.h

which is pulled out from kstats; it''s not clear exactly what you want.
Depending upon what data you want to access, there may be no stable way
to get the information you need.  Which statistics, precisely, would you like
to get?
