Where can I find the full code definition of D built in object such as
curpsinfo, uio etc. 

I tended to search from src code browser it did to return as I exepected

/usr/lib/dtrace/*.d have all of the translator definitions.  They''re
fairly
straightforward, but see the "translator" section in the Dynamic
Tracing Guide for details on the syntax.

Look in
http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/xref/usr/src/lib/libdtrace/common/

In particular, look at *.d.in, *.d, mkerrno.sh, and mksignal.sh.

I don''t think the source browser knows how to look in those files.
