Might not be exact what you want but Thunderbird has a sieve add on 
which works nice

Unfortunately, Apple's mail client (mail.app) has no sieve management
features included, so I use Roundcube Webmail to manage my sieve rules.

You can use one of the mail client apps, that offers support for Manage 
Sieve.
