dovecot - Nov 2009 - patch for 2.0.alpha3 crash

Dovecot-2.0.alpha3 crashes on startup for me on Mac OS X.  It hits a
segmentation fault at:

This appears to be because lib-master's master_service global (in the
libdovecot shared library) is different from master's master_service global
(in the dovecot binary).  Here's a patch to fix it:
