Doesn't xinetd require you to have a separate entry for each port it
listens in? Since imap, imaps, pop3 and pop3s each listen in separate
ports, you need separate entries for them..
Or you could just start dovecot binary directly and it starts listening
all configured protocols without any inetd configuration.
