CentOS - Nov 2019 - No CentOS 8 Updates announced in Centos-announce email list

I looked all over the CentOS site for the RSS link and could not find it.
I would subscribe to it, if I could.

That *really* should be in the listing of sites under News & Events on the
main centos.org page since it isn't in the header or footer of the site
like most do.
