CentOS - Nov 2017 - Semi-OT: a docker log question

Hi, folks,

   Is there *any* way, other than writing my own logging driver, to get
the docker daemon to write to its very own file, like, say,
/var/log/docker, so that it doesn't spew crap into /var/log/messages?
