[CentOS] raid 10 not in consistent state?

hi everyone
I've just configured a simple raid10 on a Dell system, but 
one thing is puzzling to me.
I'm seeing this below and I wonder why? There: Consist = No
...

to me it's weird, but then, it's my fist raid10 on Dell 
hardware.

Once this completes you would be able to run a CC

there are two more raid volumes in that chassis under a one 
H800. The whole lot:

All these disks currently in raid10, plus one more, were 
before parts of a raid5 volume and all was a OK.
Although inconsistent the volume is in the OS and appears 
normal.

it's quite a puzzle to me.

This looks like an LSI controller, so you might ask them for help.  Or
if you have a support contract you can ask Dell.
