CentOS - Sep 2014 - Changes in repositories

Dear All,

when looking at

http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories

I notice that adobe-Linux repo is no longer listed.

If it no longer exists or it's not recommended, then what is now the 
best way to install flash?
Since rpmforge is now in the known problem repositories.....
