Most likely never. At least as far as I know. I think dependencies are 
too complicated to solve on 5.x.
I have used, and even rebuild Remi's firefox packages, so I have closer 
knowledge of it, but I could very well be wrong.

CentOS 5.8 was announced today and it includes firefox 10 AFAICS.
