CentOS - Jun 2006 - Package Management

What does CentOS use for general package management?  SuSE has YaST,
Ubuntu has Synaptic, what does CentOS use?  I've got CentOS running on a
test server, but the documentation is pretty thin on where to begin.  If
there a central area for these sorts of programs or naming convention?
