CentOS - May 2006 - converting pdf files to openoffice writer files

hey friends,

I can export the openoffice writer files to pdf but how do I convert the pdf
files to openoffice writer files. Is there any utility on centos or on linux
which can convert pdf to openoffice files.

I am using centos4.0

pdf2text and then open on OpenOffice?
Or in some instances just try cut and paste??
