CentOS - Mar 2006 - AIDE Reports changed:/boot/grub/stage2

My daily AIDE report suggests Grub''s stage2 file has changed.  Could I 
trouble you for your opinion about how concerned I should be and what to 
do if your concern is moderate or higher?

Long Answer: A few days (perhaps a week) ago when the upgrade from 4.2 
to 4.3 happened, otherwise no.
