[Centos] Centos 4.0 GNOME Bottom Panel changes from 3.x
I don''t like what my Gnome desktop is doing with the bottom panel. In 3.x there was one bottom panel that had everything. In 4.0 there are two panel lines. I have not found a way to combine them. Hidding one behind the other is so hard to work with, as when it unhides, it is very hard to get the mouse pointed in the right place. Can I setup the bottom panel as in 3.x? Right-click on each object in the bottom and select "unlock" 2. Drag each object to the top panel 3. Right-click on the bottom panel and select "Delete this panel" 4. Drag top panel to the bottom of the screen. Personally I like the default two panel look. Paul
