CentOS - Mar 2005 - Yum error

I get the following error.  Any ideas?

I''ve reinstalled yum and centos-yumconf, and the error has gone away.
The versions installed now are:
centos-yumconf-4-2
yum-2.2.0-1.centos4.2

Up2date is suggesting I install centos-yumconf-4-3.  Any correlation to
the error I got earlier?
