CentOS - Mar 2005 - explain for late errdata announcements for ia64, s390,

Hi,

I was foolishly hoping this announce-list should work, so those weren''t
there ever. I just bounced all the mail sent to announce-list to
centos-list, so those are appearing kind of late from the actual
errdata updates.

It''s only the mail that is late, the updates has been there as soon
i''ve finnished those.
