CentOS - Dec 2004 - CentOS-3 x86_64 errata - Updated gd packages fix security issues

The gd packages have been updated for x86_64 CentOS-3.  Refer to

RPMS/gd-devel-1.8.4-12.3.1.x86_64.rpm
RPMS/gd-progs-1.8.4-12.3.1.x86_64.rpm

SRPMS/gd-1.8.4-12.3.1.src.rpm

Execute "yum update gd" to apply.
