Please add edit rights for 'ChrisLayton' for the page

I thought I could do this myself, but got a "you're not an admin"
message.

Hi Rich,

Because of the work involved, you'd often need to add people to the
#acl line. If I did it right, you should be able to do that anywhere
under Events/. Please let us know if it does not work.
