CentOS docs - Mar 2015 - Website Request, add link to release notes on download page

Could a link to the release notes (
http://wiki.centos.org/Manuals/ReleaseNotes/CentOS7 ) be added to
http://www.centos.org/download/

I'm a Linux beginner, I was able to successfully download CentOS 7 using
the downloads page but once I had the .iso, I wanted to verify the
integrity of the download using MD5. I was eventually able to find the
release notes on the wiki but as a beginner, it was kind of a big step.

Great suggestion, thanks!

I happen to be working on some changes to the download page, I've now
included a block calling out the release notes with a link.
