Camping list - Apr 2012 - Update book

Hello.

I think we should update the book a little bit. On the part of 
migrations we use "def self.up" and "def self.down" this
method actually
gave me errors for some reason. But anyways, it should be updated to
"def self.change" anyways because that''s the modern way of
doing it.

I tried doing this myself but for some reason I don''t get the gh-pages 
branch when cloning camping.io so
Jenna or someone will have to do it instead!
