Hello! I use Centos for asterisk for long time. And planned to install Centos 8 on new servers. But because Centos is declared dead, what is best choice ? Oracle? Ubuntu? Thank you!

Well, I already got on result: As I suspected using Debian or Ubuntu leads to running unsupported OS version, because even LTS is too short..
