asterisk users - Aug 2011 - Asterisk 1.8.5.0

Dear All,

I'm using asterisk 1.8.5.0 but facing an issue that the asterisk server is
replying back to Invite with 200Ok instead of Session progress when making a
call as you can see in the link below:

Any Advice?

What does the dial plan for the call look like?  If Asterisk is going to any
kind of application that answers, this is going to happen.
Ideally you should have something like this:

exten => 1000,1,Progress()
exten => 1000,n,<Insert Application that uses early media here>
