[asterisk-users] further action after caller in a queue hangs up
Hi, In ACD queue, is it possible for the agent to take some actions when the caller hangs up? For example, to let the agent to enter some numbers for accounting purpose. Tried that, not possible to play a sound file and prompt users to enter a number. Is there a way to revive the channel?
