What I do is have this:
exten => h,1,UserEvent(DialHungUp,ActionID:${CfMC_ActionID} & ${UNIQUEID}
& & ${CHANNEL} & ${CfMC_AgentToUse} & ${CfMC_DialInfo} &
${CfMC_QueueToUse} & ${HANGUPCAUSE} & ${DIALSTATUS})
And then in AMI I know hangupcause and dialstatus.
