asterisk users - Jul 2009 - Inquiry:Asterisk pbx announcements

Dear All
It seems that our Asterisk pbx announcement files are being stored inside
the "/var/lib/asterisk/sounds" folder . Can you please let us know
what is
the appropriate program to open and hear them on an MS Windows client ?
(e.g. "pbx-invalid.gsm")

  sox path/to/file.gsm path/to/file.wav

Alternatively:

  asterisk -rx 'file convert file.gsm file.wav'

Play the resulting file.wav on Windows.
