asterisk users - Jul 2009 - calculate data traffic

To calculate the monthly data traffic that is generated by VoIP-calls,
is it as simpel as 

80kbps (G.711 SIP) x 60000s (1000 minutes) = 4800000 kilobits / month 585.9375
MB traffic / month

???
