I suddenly remembered that I had once (a long time ago) added a noload =>
codec-g729a.so directive in /etc/asterisk/modules.conf to remove a warning
or error message related to transcoding boards.
Removing helped to have this "g729 show lisense" appear.
Sorry to disturb with this.
