Hello, Is there a field into the Zapata.conf file that affect the value for the fields ?start? and ?answer? in the CDR? I have this fields with the same value and I dont understand why. Thanks!! Thanks Carlos for your response, I have in my Zapata.conf immediate=no, is this field that affect start time and answer time?. Because of this I have the fields DURATION and BILLSEC with the same value, it means that I?m billing from start time, what I need is billing from answer time. How I would do it? Cheers!! Gustavo A.
